Estelle Nester
Estelle Nester is a Catholic wife, mother and grandmother.
She and her husband Keith have been married for nearly 30 years and have three adult children, two of whom are married, along with one grandchild. She adores her growing family.Estelle enjoys going to the beach, carpentry projects, and home renovation.
For 22 years, Keith served as a Protestant pastor, and Estelle loved raising their family in ministry life as a pastor’s wife.
In 2017, Keith became Catholic, leaving behind his longtime pastoral career and
stepping into the unknown about how their family would move forward. While Keith embraced the Catholic faith quickly, Estelle followed more reluctantly, taking time to wrestle with the change and learn the faith for herself.
Today, Estelle and Keith live in Iowa and lead Down to Earth Ministry, where they
encourage and equip people who are considering, converting to, or growing in the Catholic faith.
